How does HeeetUp™ heating technology work?
Our garments use advanced carbon-fiber heating panels that distribute warmth evenly across key body zones. Power is supplied by a compact, rechargeable battery stored in an interior pocket.
Depending on the heat level, most garments offer up to 10 hours of warmth on low, 6–7 hours on medium, and around 3–4 hours on high.
Yes. Every product undergoes multiple safety tests and includes built-in temperature regulation to prevent overheating. As long as you follow the care and usage guidelines, HeeetUp gear is completely safe.
You can wear HeeetUp gear in light rain or snowfall thanks to moisture-resistant fabrics. However, avoid heavy downpours or any situation where the battery may be exposed to water.
Sizing & Fit
Check our size chart on each product page. We recommend comparing the measurements to a jacket or vest you already own for the best fit.
HeeetUp apparel is designed with a regular, comfortable fit. You don’t need to size up to make room for heating elements — they are ultra-thin and flexible.
If your measurements fall between sizes, choose the larger size for a roomier fit and better layering flexibility.
Yes. We offer easy size exchanges as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and returned within the allowed return period.
Battery & Charging
Most items come with a HeeetUp rechargeable battery included. Check the product page to confirm what’s in the box.
Charging usually takes 3 to 4 hours using the included charger.
We recommend only using certified, high-quality power banks. For the best performance and safety, use the official HeeetUp battery.
If runtime drops significantly compared to when you first purchased it, or if the battery no longer holds a full charge, it may be time for a replacement.
Orders, Shipping & Returns
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Changes and cancellations are possible only before the order is shipped. Contact customer care as soon as possible.

We accept returns within the specified return window for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Warranty & Support
Yes. All heated apparel includes a limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects. Details can be found on the Warranty page.
Fabric defects, malfunctioning heating elements, faulty wiring, and battery issues caused by manufacturing are all covered.
